Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive our confirmation message.
• We may cancel and refund an order if the item is out of stock or the order details appear invalid.

Payment

• Cash on delivery (COD) is available across Egypt.
• Online payment methods, when available, are processed by secure licensed payment providers.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns (refunds) are accepted within 7 days only for damaged or wrong items and are free of charge. See our full Return and Exchange Policy.
