Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery time

Cairo and Giza: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Other governorates: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

During sales periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping fees

Free shipping on all orders above 2,000 EGP. For orders below that, shipping fees are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Pre-handover inspection

Every order goes through a pre-handover inspection before it reaches you, so the package you receive is checked, sealed, and exactly what you ordered.

Cash on delivery

COD is available for all orders across Egypt. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
