Return and Exchange Policy

At Fair Enough, we want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, here is exactly how we handle it:

Exchange - within 14 days

  • You can exchange any item within 14 days of delivery - for example, if you need a different size.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags still attached.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of the request.

Return and Refund - within 7 days

  • You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of delivery only if:
  • The product arrived damaged or defective, or
  • You received the wrong product (wrong item or wrong size compared to your order).
  • Returns for these reasons are completely free - we cover the shipping.
  • Refunds are issued after our team inspects the item, to your original payment method, or via bank transfer / wallet for cash-on-delivery orders.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item (and of the damage, if any).
  2. Our team will confirm your request and arrange pickup or drop-off.
  3. Once the item passes inspection, we ship your exchange or process your refund right away.

Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • Requests outside the 7-day (return) or 14-day (exchange) windows cannot be accepted.
